CLIFFIVO Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and DAYDREAM CREATIVE AI PTE. LTD., located at 20 Cecil Street, #23-05, PLUS, Singapore 049705, for your access to CLIFFIVO websites, applications, mini applications, content and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The service

CLIFFIVO provides serialized short dramas, free introductory episodes, viewing progress, history, favorites and eligible content unlocks. Content, prices, advertising and unlock methods may vary by title, device, market and platform availability.

Account and eligibility

You must meet TikTok's age and account requirements and comply with applicable law. CLIFFIVO uses an app-specific TikTok identifier for login. You are responsible for activity through your TikTok account and must not attempt to use another person's account.

Free, paid and advertising access

Some episodes are free. Eligible locked content may offer:

• a one-time TikTok Beans purchase; or
• an episode unlock after completion of an eligible rewarded advertisement.

An incomplete, closed or failed advertisement does not grant access. A client payment screen alone does not grant access; CLIFFIVO grants access only after server verification of the platform result. CLIFFIVO does not currently offer an unlimited subscription under these Terms.

Purchases, refunds and access changes

TikTok processes Beans and platform payments. Displayed prices and platform rules apply at the time of purchase. Refunds and disputes follow TikTok's available process and applicable law. A verified refund, reversal, dispute or fraud event may revoke the corresponding CLIFFIVO access entitlement.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly perform protected drama content;
• bypass payment, advertisement, playback, geographic or content controls;
• scrape, automate, reverse engineer or interfere with CLIFFIVO or its security;
• submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material; or
• use the service in a way that harms users, rights holders, TikTok, BytePlus or CLIFFIVO.

Intellectual property

CLIFFIVO and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding and drama content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use available content within CLIFFIVO for private viewing.

Report claimed infringement to tokensea998@outlook.com with identification of the work, the reported content, your contact information and a good-faith statement of authority.

Availability and termination

We may restrict or remove content because of rights windows, moderation, platform decisions, security, legal requirements or service availability. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse or risk to the service. You may stop using CLIFFIVO or request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CLIFFIVO is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change. We will publish the updated effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

Governing terms and contact

Applicable law governs these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection or your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
